I took my mom for gastro check up as she had some gastric issues and was falling sick. But with so much of pleading my mom she agreed to visit the doctor. It's very hard to convince old people. But finally after searching in internet we went to this hospital.
First great thing is they work on Sunday and I was very astonished because most hospitals only treat in-patients on Sunday. So this was very commendable and it's a boon for people who have busy working week.
Second the doctor explained things very well. And gave good medicines. After two days of taking medicine I do see she is feeling better. She is active like usual.
Third u can buy medicine from the hospital instead of looking here and there.
All over experience was very good so far.

I had c section and I was having severe bloating. I went to many gastric doctors but it didn't work. Then I met doctor vikram at IIGU hospital and explained my issue. He told it might not be the problem of gastric and suggested to meet Pelvic doctor vishnu Priya. I met her and she noticed my problem and she told to attend physiotheraphy. In the very first class, I have noticed a big change. That gave me inspiration to go for further classes. My Pelvic region was fully tight after c section and I was not able to move my body because of tightness. Because of the physiotheraphy, my body was very flexible now, I don't have bloating. My heart felt Thanks to doctor vishnu Priya and IIGU hospitals for bringing the awarness about this because I could see very less doctors were there who treat together for these kind of issues.

My husband was diagnosed with Gallbladder stones by Dr. Vikarm J Rao. We had an excellent experience for laproscopic gallbladder surgery. The doctor is highly skilled, humble, and very approachable. Dr Vikram is just not an efficient Doctor. He is like a close buddy as a friend even to patients.
His approach to treatment is genuinely a holistic path, in contrary to most of the other current day hospitals and senior doctors.
His genuine interest and involvement in handling the cases give a very good hope and energy to patients unlike other doctors who are bussiness minded and possess arrogance untill the results are found unexpected.
I wish Dr vikram's sub-ordinates take the golden oppurtunity of working with him and come up to his speed.

I had a very good experience with the doctor. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his work. He listens patiently and explains everything well, which made me feel confident in the treatment.
The clinic staff are also polite and courteous. The only area that needs improvement is communication. When the staff promise to call back, there are delays or it doesn’t happen. If they can follow through on callbacks as promised, the overall experience would be excellent.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the doctor’s care and would recommend him, with the suggestion that the clinic tighten up their call-back process.

Visited IIGU through a known reference for treatment of my daughter when we were clueless on what reason was causing her vomiting and weakness. We met team of doctors at IIGU - Dr. Dharma Prakash, Dr. Jaya and Dr. Vikram J Rao who educated us on her condition and suspected causes.

I was suffering from costochondritis pain for almost 10 years. I had tried painkillers, physiotherapy, and consulted multiple specialists including physicians, orthopedics, and physiotherapists, but the relief was always temporary.
After visiting Dr. Shubha (Pain Management), she suggested an Intercostal Nerve Block procedure. The pain reduced immediately, and within one month I experienced 70–80% improvement.

I had been experiencing right chest pain radiating to my back for the past three weeks. I consulted Dr. Vikram J Rao, who conducted thorough tests and diagnosed a 1 cm gallstone that required removal.
Three days ago, I underwent surgery under his care, and it was performed with perfection. My recovery has been very fast, thanks to his clear analysis, detailed explanation of the situation, and guidance on the further course of action.
Dr. Shuba was equally excellent in assisting during the process. Her strong medical knowledge and supportive approach added great confidence throughout my treatment.
The hospital staff were courteous, attentive, and professional, making the overall experience smooth and reassuring. One suggestion: if the hospital had its own canteen, it would be very helpful for attendants accompanying patients.
